Hot off the card making table...

My Son Celebrated his 15th Birthday while I was away in Fiji!  He knew my card would be late...this is the card I made him today:

Fiji highlights tomorrow.....

I attached the 15 cupcakes to a piece of crumb cake card stock.  Then I trimmed it so no edges were visible and then attached it to dress form area so it can not be seen.  If my son was not 15 and there were less cupcakes it could have been on a cupcake "stand".  

Stamps: Create a cupcake
Paper: Parkers Patterns, Early Espresso, Crumb cake, Red Glimmer
Ink: Bashful Blue, Marina Mist, Daffodil Delight, Wisteria Wonder, Early Espresso
Accessories: Cupcake builder punch, Pop-n-Cuts with the dress form insert.

Sneak Peek Birthday Card

My son celebrated his 14th birthday while in Disney. Its was lots of fun!  Here is the card I made yesterday for him using some of my pillow gifts!!!  so exciting...I have never opened the new paper so fast!!!

Its New Designer paper called International Bazaar and a new embossing folder called Fancy Fan.  Its AWESOME!!!

Emma's Party

I had the honor of hosting the crafts at Emma's Birthday party a few weeks ago.  SO MUCH FUN.  and such great stampers!  Thanks you Emma for asking me!

The girls made an Owl Pillow box, a Petite purse and a Backpack scrapbook

Here is the inside of the Backpack.  Lots of Hot air Balloons sprinkled though out.  the inside pages has various designs of the Eat cake DSP.

I found a backpack scrapbook tutorial here.  But it was too small.  So I adjusted the measurements.  

Back pack base: 4.25 x 11.  Score at 4.5, 5.5 and 6.5, fold accordion style

inside pages: 4 x 11.  score at 4.5, 5.5 and 6.5, then trim 1/8 of an inch from each end.  

Flap:  4 x 4.25, score at 1-7/8 and 2-1/8
