We got Snow in October!

I took  a few days off from Stamping and working.  WOW a snow day can really help out in the productivity department!

Last time it snowed in October here in PA was 1972.  It was also the year of hurricane Agnes.  This year we had a hurricane and we have snow in October!!!

Scored Window Pane

Try this technique!  Score very vanilla every .5 inches in each direction with the simply scored tool (small tip in the stylus).  Stamp image, then lightly sponge in soft suede ink to make your score lines pop. then add glitter to the snow.



Stamps: Christmas Lodge, Petit Pairs
Paper: Very vanilla, Old Olive, Cherry Cobbler
Ink: Cherry Cobbler
Accessories: Quilted Ribbon in Cherry Cobbler, houndstooth embossing folder, curly label punch, Simply scored tool.  Dazzling Diamonds glitter.

More Yummy Cookies!

And another great packaging idea!!



 Cherry cobbler 7 x 8.5 

with the 7” side at the top of the scoring tool, score at 1.25 in from each side

turn, at with the 8.5 side at the top of the scoring tool, score at 4.25 and 5.5

punch the scallop border if desired.  

Fold to form the box with the larger tabs on the outside. Hand trim the corner off of the edges on both boxes.  Decorate!

Oh My!  this owl Fancy Favor bag is !


We made this in my Party Favor class!  
Completely cased from SU demo Julie Davidson!!!

Early espresso Fancy favor die cut box.  
Peach Parfait Pennant Punch outs for the nose and the feet.
Crumb cake 1 x 3 strips for scallop border punching.  Sponge with early espresso ink
Circle punch outs for the eyes.

Mmmmm Cookies!

You all know I just LOVE TO BAKE!!!  So these new sweet pressed cookie stamps were right up my alley.

Shared these wonderful cookies with my Christmas card class attendees for the last few days.  They are so YUMMY.

So cute, my Daughter making the 1st batch.  We have made these 3 times already!!!

I can get 24 cookies from this recipe, I need to double it though to have enough for all my cookie monsters.
