It's Party Time

My daughter is turning 8 next week.  Here is her birthday party invitation.

Daffodil & Melon mambo. this is not my 1st color choice-- the other will be appearing later this week.  both cute but it is "her" party.....

  I had lots of fun making these!  lots of great compliments from the Moms and Dads of the girls invited.  In fact one of my friends said I outdid myself this year-- really??? better than the pool party flip flop and the Flight of the butterfly sleepover.   I now have to raise the bar higher next year Oh my!!  I love SU they make it so EASY!!!

Long Hair

Yup-- thats what my daughter used to wish for!  She has grown it,

 but below she is wearing one of her many wigs!

She wore the wigs all of the time!!!  so funny the looks she would get at the grocery store!  My scrap club girls made this page this month.

Owl always love you!

I made this for a team art challenge this week- the challenge was to use the owl punch!  

LOVE THIS PAGE!!!  I hand drew the tree on chipboard and then traced it onto card stock. I already have another use for the tree up my sleeve!   the leaves are scallop circle punch outs from Green house Gala designer paper.the journaling is a combination of Fabulous Phrases and handwriting.
