This basics of card was cased from a team member. Unfortunately I don't remember who. (layout, paper, colors) Where she stopped, I added. The 1st star was part of the original design, I added the 2ND star and star brad. Plus the Blue bayou ribbon, the pierced photo corner, the sentiment and star at the bottom. I loved the original, but decided it was a little plain for my style. Still not loving it-- maybe I should have gone with the accenting with the wasabi more???
I have been copying and casing a bunch of other demonstrators work this weekend. Mostly for my own personal stuff. Take a look at THIS POST . I absolutely HAD to have these (the 2ND two b/c I did not have the paper for the 1st one) in my 6x6 brag book. I CASED them. (pretty much copied and stole it all) JanTink is quite talented. I'll have more to share this week! Enjoy!

accessories: stitched ribbon, jumbo silver brad, markers

Whimsical Thanks
This card is cased. You can see the original design HERE from ClaudiainGermany on Splitcoast. I simplified my version a little and the big Thank You sentiment is from CTMH. I really like the simplicity of this! Groovy Guava and black go very nice together. the butterfly is stamped in Guava and then stamped again and cut out to give the 3-d effect of the butterfly. I used a black marker for the butterfly's body.
To make this fold: standard size 1/2 sheet card stock (5.5x8.5) I first used the corner rounder to make the scallops down the edge. I then punched with the slit punch, then I folded the card after inserting it into the slit. Clear as mud????
RECIPE:
Stamps: Garden whimsy, CTMH for the sentiment
Ink: Groovy Guava and Black
Paper: Groovy Guava, whisper white and Black
accessories: slit punch, corner rounder for the scallops

I will use the Hardware
This one uses the Styled Silver from the new Stampin Up Occasions mini. Love this owl! I borrowed the sentiment from the Birdie set. It went perfect! I am off to sleep so I will be brief. -seems to be the story of my life- be quick so I can get to the next thing- I need a few more minutes in every hour-- Do you?
This is for my husbands co-worker. Her last day is Friday- She got a REALLY GREAT new job. Congrats Tracy!
SU Western Paper, Blue bayou, river rock and Artichoke. Black ink- colored with blender pens and ink for the lid of the coordinating ink pad colors. New Silver hardware! LOVE IT! (and I am not hoarding it) Hmmmmmm ... maybe I should use some of that chipboard, since I have a ton of it!

Sometimes I CASE
-Well a lot of times! too! Take a look at Beate's card HERE to see where I got the idea from. I just used some paper scraps I had and went from there. This is a standard A2 sized card and The colors are wasabi, blue and saffron. The stamp set is Pun Fun. Colored with matching markers and ribbon, plus some brads. I added some glitter with the Sakura glitter pen.
For all of you readers out there that wonder where I live- Collegeville, PA - just outside of Philadelphia. Post a comment here and let me know if you are near to me or far. I love to hear where you all are stamping!!!

Thank Ewe Very Much
I just think this Pun Fun set is sooooo much fun! I also love the new stylized Hodgepodge hardware. Spring Fling paper with Pretty in Pink, celery and saffron card stock. The sheep is punched with the Marvy Oval scallop punches. Her "wool" is Liquid Applique. (I love a bargain I picked it up a Joann's a while back for just $1) I colored her face and hand doodled the design on the scallop with a pretty in pink marker, and the heart is colored with regal rose marker. Plus I used Pink gingham ribbon and the ticket corner punch.

Easter Egg sketch challenge
This was for Beate's weekend sketch challenge. I like the way this turned out. Spring fling paper and card stock to match. Pink taffeta ribbon plus some punches and the good egg stamp set. If you need more details- Let me know. My marker coloring is a bit streaky and you can't see the sakura glitter pen all over the chicks egg and in the saffron stripes of the big eggs.
